CHANGEOVER DAY
This is usually Saturday. However, it may be possible to accommodate other changeover days, particularly out of peak season. The cottage will be ready for you to arrive from 4pm. Departure time is 10am. These times may be varied depending on other guests' timings.
TO MAKE A BOOKING
A deposit of 25% of the holiday cost is to be paid at the time of booking. Full balance of rental due two months prior to start date of holiday. For bookings made less than two months prior to the holiday, full payment is required when booking.

CANCELLATION
SMOKING We reserve the right to withold your damages deposit should there be evidence of smoking or overoccupancy.
The cottage is strictly NON-SMOKING, both inside and in the garden.
DAMAGES DEPOSIT
A damages deposit of £200 is payable with your final balance. This will be returned to you after your stay minus any necessary deductions.
