This is usually Saturday. However, it may be possible to accommodate other changeover days, particularly out of peak season. The cottage will be ready for you to arrive from 4pm. Departure time is 10am. These times may be varied depending on other guests' timings.
SHORT BREAKS
Our booking system is set up only to allow bookings of at least one full week. It is also possible to book for other durations. Please contact us for details.
TO MAKE A BOOKING
A deposit of 25% of the holiday cost is to be paid at the time of booking. Full balance of rental due two months prior to start date of holiday. For bookings made less than two months prior to the holiday, full payment is required when booking.

CANCELLATIONSMOKING We reserve the right to withold your damages deposit should there be evidence of smoking or overoccupancy.
The cottage is strictly NON-SMOKING, both inside and in the garden.
DAMAGES DEPOSIT
A one-off, £25 non-refundable breakage waiver is payable with the final payment. It provides cover for up to £300 of damage/loss. In the unlikely event of there being loss or damage to the property or its contents of more than this, you will be liable for the full amount in excess of £300.
